We deliver throughout the UK and also offer international and European delivery of all our car parts and accessories.
We have our post collected from our warehouses every day Monday to Friday.
Free delivery on orders over £25 for UK mainland orders.
Our UK post is sent by 1st class recorded mail unless you have specified another delivery choice and have paid for it in the checkout.
International deliveries are by Royal Mail International “Signed For” service, this is up to 2 kg, if it is over this weight it is delivered by one of the many courier companies we have contracts with.
We keep all records of shipment dates and tracking numbers. We are in the hands of Royal Mail/Couriers once the shipments are collected and leave our control.
Delivery charges:
UK Standard delivery is calculated at the checkout.
UK Special Delivery is based on the weight & size of the product and is calculated at the checkout.
International & European delivery (outside the UK) is based on the weight and size of the product and is calculated at the checkout.
What is Special Delivery?
Special Delivery is via Royal Mail, and they guarantee that the package will be delivered by 1.00pm the next day (subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions).
Ordering outside of the UK
You will be responsible for any local customs and duty taxes.
Once your order has been shipped, your courier will contact you directly for payment if applicable. mgmotorparts.com is not responsible for your goods if you choose to not pay these charges. If you refuse delivery of your item and the courier has to send it back to us, we may have to deduct accordingly from your refund, to cover the extra shipping charges. Please note that unwanted items can only be refunded once they arrive back at our warehouse.
Delivery times may be affected occasionally by factors outside our control such as customs delays and checks. If you have a deadline - a birthday for example - make sure you order well in advance to avoid stress or disappointment. As our delivery times are estimates, they are not binding, therefore you are not entitled to any refund in case the parcel was not delivered on the pre-agreed date.
